Methi bhaji – 2 cups
Green chilli – 2
Onion – 1
Garlic cloves – 3-4
Cashews – 2 tbsp
Ginger chopped – 1 tsp
Cinnamon – 1 inch piece
Milk – 1/2 cup
Green cardamom – 1
Salt – as per taste
Oil – 2-3 tbsp
Fresh cream – 3-4 tbsp

Step 1: Prepare the puree

To make fenugreek pea cream, first heat oil in a pan, add cinnamon and cardamom in it, after about 10 seconds add finely chopped onion, fry on slow flame until onion becomes slightly red, then add ginger and garlic paste in it. Add 2 chopped green chillies and 4 to 5 cashew nuts. Now cook it on slow flame. Cook it like this for 3 to 4 minutes and then turn off the gas.

Step 2: Roast Fenugreek

Now take out this roasted mixture in a plate and cool it. Now put it in a small chutney jar, grind it well and keep it aside in a plate. Now wash the fenugreek leaves thoroughly, chop them finely, add 2 to 3 spoons of oil in the pan and fry the fenugreek well in oil for 4 to 5 minutes. Now take the fenugreek in a plate and keep it aside.

Now put 2 to 3 spoons of oil in the pan and heat it. Now add the ground paste in it. Now fry it well until the oil starts separating from it. Now add salt as per taste, 1 spoon of garam masala, 1 spoon of ground red chilli. Add 1 cup of water and add peas to it. Now cook the peas for about 5 minutes. Now add roasted fenugreek leaves to it and fry everything well.
