3 cups water
9 baby corn, chopped
1 cup all purpose flour/plain flour
1 cup corn flour
½ teaspoon black pepper, ground
1 teaspoon ginger paste
1 cup water
1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
salt as per taste
oil for frying
For corn flour batter:
1 teaspoon corn flour
1 cup water
Other Ingredients:
2 green chillies, chopped
1 onion finely chopped
1 inch ginger, finely chopped
3 cloves, finely chopped
3 spoons oil
1 capsicum, cubed
1 teaspoon vinegar
2 spoon tomato sauce
1 teaspoon soy sauce
½ teaspoon black pepper, crushed
4 teaspoons green onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon sugar
salt as per taste

Step 1: Boil Baby Corn
First of all, put 7 to 8 pieces of baby corn in a big bowl and boil them for 5 minutes, now filter them and keep them in a separate plate. Now add 1 cup flour and half cup corn flour in a bowl. Now add 1 teaspoon red chilli powder, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste and add salt as per taste and mix well. Add water and make a smooth mixture
Step 2: Fry the Corn
Now heat oil in a pan and put one corn in this smooth mixture and fry it in oil. Now fry all the corns and keep them on dry paper and keep them aside.
Step 3: Prepare the embroidery
Now put 2 to 3 spoons of oil in a pan and heat it. Now add 2 finely chopped green chillies, finely chop 1 inch piece of ginger and add it. Now fry it on hot flame, after about 2 minutes add chopped onion pieces, chopped capsicum. Now add 3 spoons of tomato sauce, 1 spoon of vinegar, 1 spoon of soya sauce, half spoon of black pepper and salt, fry for 1 minute and turn off the gas.
Step 4: Prepare corn flour batter
To pour corn flour solution in the pan, prepare corn flour solution, for this, add water and 2 spoons of corn flour in 1 cup and mix both well, now pour this solution in the pan and keep the gas on medium flame and let the mixture thicken. Fry on gas till done. After the mixture thickens, add fried corn to it and mix well and turn off the gas after 5 minutes. Make sure the amount of sauce in the gravy remains the same.
