500 grams cheese
1 cup corn flour
3 spoon tomato ketchup
2 teaspoons soy sauce

3 teaspoons grated ginger
3 teaspoon garlic paste

Step 1: Fry the Paneer

Step 2: Cut Vegetables
Now cut capsicum in triangular shape, chop onion and green chilli finely, grind ginger and garlic and make a paste, and take out all the sauces in separate bowls and keep them aside.

Now put 2 spoons of oil in a pan and heat it. Now add ginger and garlic paste in it. Cook for 1 minute. Now add finely chopped onion, green chillies and mix well and let it cook till the onion becomes golden in color. Now add 3 Add spoon chilli sauce, 3 spoon tomato sauce, 3 spoon dark sauce and 2 spoon vinegar. To cook the sauce, add corn flour puree (take 1 spoon corn flour in a bowl, now add 1 cup water in it and mix well). Add salt as per taste.
Now cook on medium flame till it thickens. Now add chopped capsicum in it. Let it cook for 5 minutes. Now add fried paneer in it. Let it cook for 5 minutes. Now add 7 to 8 pieces of thickly chopped onion on it and mix well. Mix, let it cook for 5 minutes and turn off the gas.
